Renovation of a Townhouse

The Brief: To bring the home into the 21st century and have a wow factor. The interiors to be modern and reflect the owner’s enjoyment of the outdoors, good aesthetics and colour.

 The idea was to open up spaces and bring the outdoors in as much as possible. The builder did a great job of opening up the central stairwell which drew in the much needed light. The glass wall brought the outside in to the secluded and private ensuite. The renovation added a sharp and smart aesthetic to the interiors. The new fittings and furnishings added to the wow factor. Floor to ceiling wall paper in the void, bold use of colour added the icing to the cake and finished off the renovation smartly.
